Ojade terms of sale

Ojade offers individual pounamu works to customers in New Zealand. Product descriptions, photographs and prices on the product page form the information available before you order. Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. The checkout shows the total payable before you place an order. We currently charge NZ$0 for New Zealand delivery and do not sell into international markets at launch.

A work may sell elsewhere before its availability update reaches Ojade. After you place an order, we verify that the exact work remains available. If it cannot be supplied, we will contact you promptly and offer a full refund or another option only if you agree to it. We will not substitute another carving without your agreement.

Payment is taken through the payment methods shown at checkout. Ojade remains your point of contact for order, delivery, return and product concerns. Contact studiostonecode@gmail.com and include your order number. Our Shipping policy and Return and refund policy provide more detail.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies available to you under the Consumer Guarantees Act, the Fair Trading Act or other applicable New Zealand law.
