Ojade shipping

We currently deliver within New Zealand only. The checkout shipping option is Free NZ delivery at NZ$0. We do not offer international delivery at launch.

Each work is an individual carving. After an order is placed, Ojade confirms that the exact work is still available and arranges its dispatch. We will send you fulfilment information when it is available. Delivery timing depends on the destination and the work; please contact studiostonecode@gmail.com if you need information before ordering.

If a parcel arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not arrive, contact Ojade at studiostonecode@gmail.com with your order number. Ojade is responsible for working with you on delivery and any remedy required under New Zealand consumer law.
